Morning Song Gardens is committed to keeping any information that we receive via email or written correspondence private. It will not be given or sold to anyone period. We hate SPAM or unwanted advertising via U.S. mail or telephone. We use Authorize.net, a trusted company to authorize all our transactions, and WorldPay to distribute the funds. They both are extremely secure companies, making the use of your credit card very safe. We do not save your credit card number on our web site or store it at our location. Credit card numbers taken over the phone to pay for an order are shredded once it is accepted and entered in the system. We are PCI Compliant and train all our employees in security measures. Shipping Policy
USPS Parcel Post: Estimated delivery time typically takes from 2 to 9 business days to arrive and worst case up to 14 days. The package is not easily trackable. If after 14 days the package has not arrived, USPS will investigate the disposition of the package and will report the status in 1 to 2 days.
USPS Priority: Estimated delivery time typically takes 2 to 3 business days to arrive and is more easily tracked. We try to ship this method for all orders even if Parcel Post is specified in the order process as the selected shipping method.
First Class: Estimated delivery time typically takes 2 to 5 business days and is easily tracked. The maximum total weight allowed including the container is 13 oz.
USPS Express: Items are delivered to the addressee (recipient) by noon or 3:00 p.m. the next business day, or noon or 3:00 p.m. the second business day. The cost is very expensive but is very trackable.
In Ohio, all delivery charges are subject to state sales tax. The state defines "delivery charges" as any charge for "transportation, shipping, postage, handling, crating and packing." This applies regardless of whether the selling price includes the charges or if the receipt or invoice lists them separately.
