Hand Dipped Pillar Pure Beeswax Candles

100% American Natural Beeswax

Our domestic beeswax comes from local bee hive cappings. This raw beeswax is lightly filtered to create a natural healthy candle without additives. It is edible, can be chewed like gum, and is used in hand cream, soap, furniture polish, and aromatheraphy. Beeswax makes the cleanest burning candle, never goes bad and is always useable. Over time it can develop a nice patina called bloom that can either be left on or buffed off with a soft towel.

100% Cotton Wick

Morning Song Gardens uses only 100% square braided cotton wick that is lead and zinc free. Our wicking is carefully selected to provide a bright flame and optimum wax pool to provide the brightest flame of any candle. Our candles are all natural and safe to burn without polluting the air.

Melting and Filtering Wax

Our beeswax is carefully filtered twice to make sure it is free of debris. It is melted in a temperature controlled vat at a low temperature so the aroma and natural properties are not lost. This is very important because all the hard work that the bees and beekeeper have put in so far will be lost if the wax is not heated properly.

Hand Dipped and Hand Poured

Our products are made in true Old World tradition the way they have been for centuries. Honey bees use a lot of effort and time to create beeswax. We continue that same dedication in our work. You can see that the wicks of our hand dipped beeswax candles are uncut and still joined together in the dipping process. Also our molded beeswax candles are carefully hand poured, cooled in the molds, removed and hand rolled to create a smooth finish.

Packaging

Our packaging is environmentally friendly using reusable and recyclable material. Our beeswax candles are then carefully wrapped in paper and raffia with a decorative tag.
