If you have received a product that is broken or defective, please let us know right away, as we do have a 30-day return policy for damaged products. Used, miss-ordered or unwanted products may not be returned. For health and safety reasons we cannot restock used or unwanted products (including candles). Morning Song Gardens will ensure the safety and reliability of quality products to all customers.

Someone on our team will be happy to guide you in your skin care purchase. Your skin nutrition is important which is why we list all of our natural ingredients for each product.
Lost or Stolen Packages
Morning Song Gardens is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. We are more than willing to assist you in tracking your package; however, once we have delivery confirmation from the United States Postal Service the responsibility falls to the customer to take action with the United States Postal Service for suspected lost or stolen packages. All orders are accompanied with a tracking number sent via email.
