Shipping and Returns
Shipping- We charge you what the USPS charges us, it’s that simple. We offer free priority shipping for all orders that are $65 or more! Available rates are listed below:
USPS Standard Post (Ground): Estimated delivery time typically takes 2 to 10 business days - tracking is not as robust as Priority shipping - (No free insurance).
USPS Priority: Estimated delivery time typically takes 1 to 3 business days to arrive and is easily tracked - (Includes free $50 insurance).
First Class: Estimated delivery time typically takes 2 to 5 business days to arrive. The maximum total weight allowed including the container is 16 oz - (No free insurance).
USPS Priority Express: Items are delivered to the addressee (recipient) by noon or 3:00 p.m. the next business day, or noon or 3:00 p.m. the second business day. The cost is very expensive but is very trackable - (Includes $100.00 free insurance).
In Ohio, all delivery charges are subject to state sales tax. The state defines "delivery charges" as any charge for "transportation, shipping, postage, handling, crating and packing." This applies regardless of whether the selling price includes the charges or if the receipt or invoice lists them separately.
Return Policy- If you have received a product that is broken or defective please let us know right away, as we do have a 30 day return policy for damaged products. Used, miss-ordered or unwanted products may not be returned. For health and safety reasons we cannot restock used or unwanted products (including candles). Morning Song Gardens will ensure the safety and reliability of quality products to all customers.
Customer satisfaction is important to us, so please if you’re not sure about a product before ordering it we encourage you to call or contact us. Someone on our team will be happy to guide you in your skin care purchase. Your skin nutrition is important which is why we list all of our natural ingredients for each product.
Lost or Stolen Packages- Morning Song Gardens is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. We are more than willing to assist you in tracking your package; however once we have delivery confirmation from the United States Postal Service the responsibility falls to the customer to take action with the United States Postal Service for suspected lost or stolen packages. All orders are accompanied with a tracking number sent via email.
