Refreshing pre moisturizer

I have always read about the importance of good Ph after face washing. I spray this on my face and neck after washing every morning and night, and follow with the bee balm moisturizer. Its perfect as I prefer the balm and you need a little moisture before applying it. Once you have water or rose petal spray it smooths on no problem. I love this stuff!!!
